Limited Time Only - 2020 NHS England and Improvement pilot to simplify medical appraisal

We have a very exciting opportunity for all doctors due to be appraised in February (or the end of Jan if they have not already completed their preparation and signed off their appraisal).
This NHS England and Improvement pilot will mean you do not need to complete the reflection on the domains of GMP in advance of your appraisal. You and your appraiser need only agree to participate in a very brief online survey so that your thoughts on the change can be collated. The aim is to do sufficient analysis to implement this change for 2020-21 if it is popular and does not detract from the appraisal experience.
