Renovated New Appraiser Training

On Friday 26th January, Wessex Appraisal Service held a local Train the Trainer day ahead of a regional session on 1st March which will introduce a new and improved New Appraiser Training package across the South of England.
The day was well received by our facilitators. It was helpful for all to see how others were managing their sessions and the different styles of facilitation.
Susi Caesar (Wessex) and Jill Millar (South West) gave a knowledgeable delivery of the material and overall it was a very useful day in terms of preparing for future New Appraiser Training events.
