Good news - a pay uplift for appraisals
The standard appraisal fee for NHS England & Improvement will be uplifted by 3%. NHS England & Improvement will apply the uplift to the current appraisal fee of £530 taking the fee to £546 (prior to any pension adjustments). The increase applies from 1 April 2021.
Please note that there is no confirmation that this will apply to non-NHS appraisals at present, and that you should not alter your invoices until we have had final confirmation of the start date for making the new payments and how the arrears will be handled.
