Another conference complete! And what a fantastic turnout we had from appraisers and key stakeholders, along with our fantastic facilitators and speakers.
A huge thank you to Andy Cope for our opening and closing speeches which energised all in the room. Susi Caesar started the day and with support of the whole team, especially Stephanie Hughes who delivered an entertaining mandatory requirement (not always easy), steered us through to a fabulous conclusion.
Our facilitators – Sally Ross, Alison Milroy, Andy Cope and the actors from Practive – provided interesting and engaging workshops. Thanks to each of them for working with us.
Feedback is being requested and the closing date for this will be Sunday 14th October and we would encourage anyone who attended to give their response. It really is important to us that we have your thoughts and feelings about the day. We do listen. We have already received some feedback directly and we quote:
